Nitrogen Walk Round Charging Kits

We produce two different types of Nitrogen Walk Round Charging Kits – Low Pressure and High Pressure. They are designed to provide a convenient and easy method for topping up aircraft door assist bottles & accumulators, negating the need to drag a hose from a nitrogen cylinder, up the steps to the aircraft. The charging kit can be used by one person, is housed in a robust, shower proof shoulder carry bag, with double zip to enable easy access to and visibility of the cylinder content gauge, regulator and fill pressure gauge.

SMART Check Digital Tyre Gauge

To safely and accurately check digital tyre pressures, the Semmco SMART Check universal TPI digital display checker (bar or psi) provides an ideal solution. It is robust but lightweight and the LCD display has a back light for low light conditions and retains the pressure reading for 30 seconds making reading the display easier. This is a battery operated product using 2 x AAA batteries that are supplied with the product.

SMART Charge Digital Tyre Inflator

To safely and accurately inflate or delate tyres the Semmco SMART Charge digital tyre inflator is the ideal solution. It has an operating pressure range of 60-350 psi and the LCD display is back lit to make it easier to read in low light. It is also fitted with an integral safety relief valve to prevent any tyre over inflation or incorrect inlet pressure supply. 2 x AAA batteries (supplied).

Semmco Universal Wheel and Brake Changer

The Semmco Universal Wheel and Brake Changer (WBC) has been developed so that small and large aircraft wheel and brake packs units can be removed safely and replaced. The Changer is easy to move around, particularly in confined spaces. Adjustable rollers allow for different size wheels or brake units and the Changer is fitted with an easy-to-operate hydraulic pump to help raise the wheel or brake pack, making alignment easier.

The easy fit jib and manually operated winch enables the brake packs to be raised from the rollers and lowered into the transportation case.

Nitrogen Trolleys

Semmco has a range of Nitrogen Trolleys to suit the varying requirements of our customers. The trolleys can hold 2, 3, 4, or 6 cylinders and they can be either fixed or demountable. Each trolley is fitted with a control panel for low pressure inflation of aircraft tyres and high pressure inflation for struts or accumulators. Colour coded, retractable hose reels provide safe stowage of charging hoses if required.

Oxygen SMART Trolley – 3 Cylinder Demountable

The Semmco OXYGEN SMART Trolley has been carefully designed to carry three oxygen cylinders, mounted in a cylinder cradle, for the safe, quick and easy loading and unloading of cylinders. The trolley incorporates an ergonomically positioned oxygen control panel with easy read pressure gauges for charging aircraft onboard oxygen systems.

Wheel & Brake Service Trailer

• The Wheel & Brake Service Trailer provides stowage options for:
• Main Landing Wheels (wide body)
• MLG trolley jack(s)
• Brake pack clam shell
• Nose wheel
• Wheel & Brake Changer (dolly)
• Shadow tool board or toolbox

The trailer incorporates a robust galvanised steel whale bone configuration chassis, lightweight steel side & modular roof frames. The lower side and front panel sections are made from galvanised steel and have tie down/lasing eyes, a rubber side and front bump protection strip. The Wheel & Brake Service Trailer can be easily towed and when stowed in the vertical position, the tow bar provides safe brake to wheel parking.

Wheel Mover

The Semmco Universal Wheel Mover has been developed so that aircraft wheels can be moved safely and securely. The Wheel Mover can accommodate different diameters of wheels and is extremely easy to move around. It is fitted with a dead man’s braking system – the brake automatically engages when the brake handlebar is released. Webbing restrains the wheel, holding it firmly in place on the Wheel Mover.
