Oxygen SMART Trolley - 3 Cylinder Demountable
The Semmco OXYGEN SMART Cart has been ergonomically designed to carry three oxygen cylinders, mounted in a cylinder cradle, for safe quick easy loading and unloading of cylinders whilst compliant with OH&S manual handling requirements.
Incorporating an ergonomically positioned Oxygen control panel with easy read pressure gauges for charging aircraft onboard oxygen systems. Complete with smooth to adjust safety pressure regulator, pressure relief valve, pressure In and charge pressure gauges, stop valve and a 3 year calibration certificate. Designated high pressure stainless steel braided charge hose, PTFE liner (oxygen compatible) with ¼ BSPP right hand thread (safety blanked) for aircraft charging.
The control panel and cylinder hoses can be quickly removed (4 retaining screws) for 3 year calibration exchange service, minimising operational down time.
The robust chassis incorporates front axle bearing steering and safe wheel/brake parking with tow bar in vertical position. Designed to meet airport environment requirements for safe transportation of gas cylinders.
The Oxygen SMART Trolley can be supplied on a transport pack standard or Euro size pallet disassembled for ease of shipping, quick & easy to assemble.
