SERVICE PACKAGES

Semmco offer a range of service package contracts to ensure your Semmco equipment is regularly inspected and maintained, making sure it is functioning correctly and safely for your teams as well as consistently meeting health and safety standards and requirements during its lifetime.

By using Semmco, as the original equipment manufacturer of your product inventory, you benefit from our expertise, in-depth design knowledge and trained service engineers as well as accessing cost effective genuine Semmco spare parts when they are required.

If you currently use a third-party inspection service for Semmco products, unless they have received Semmco inspection and service training you may negate your product warranty as well as putting your staff at risk, if they do not appreciate some of the unique Semmco construction methods.

SEMMCO SERVICE PACKAGE – SCHEDULED PRODUCT INSPECTION & SERVICING

o The Semmco Engineer will visit your site to inspect the equipment. After their visit you will receive an inspection certificate accompanied by a report to specify any further works required.

o Follow up quotation for any work required, not covered by your service package contract

o Re-visit to complete required works

PRODUCT TRAINING

o Certified User Product Training – formal product training with certificates issued to attendees, in-depth training referencing the Instruction Manuals which are supplied with products.

o Refresher training for new members of staff

o Train the Trainer courses for your team leaders so they can train their own teams

INSPECTION/SERVICE TRAINING COURSES

o Designed for your own engineers to carry out regular inspections and to understand, as well as follow, key information supplied in the Semmco Instruction Manual

o Designed for third party inspectors to become an authorised Semmco inspector giving them the knowledge on the Semmco products and systems

THIRD PARTY PRODUCT INSPECTION AND SERVICING

o Following consultation and training with your OEM, Semmco may be able to offer inspection and servicing of third party associated equipment

WARRANTIES

Semmco products and spare parts are supplied with a standard 12 month warranty, unless stated otherwise on your contract with Semmco, any work required outside of the warranty will be subject to our standard charges + vat where applicable.

If you choose to take out an service package at the time you purchase equipment from Semmco this will automatically extend the warranty of your equipment to 24 months.

INSTALLATION & TRAINING

For all our access platforms and GSE products we can offer an add-on installation service on site in one or more locations – we can also dispose of your old equipment if you need us too.

During installation you will be provided with a demonstration of the equipment to make sure your employees are using the equipment correctly and safely.

Certified training courses are available please contact your sales representative for more details. We recommend a training course refresher every 2 years to cover new team members and keep minds focused on following health and safety guidelines.

SPARES & REPAIRS

If your equipment develops a fault or needs a spare part please get in touch with your sales representative who will be happy to help resolve the issue or suggest alternative solutions.

PRODUCT UPGRADES & ACCESSORIES

Following the purchase of Semmco equipment if you require added features or would like the equipment to be able to cover additional maintenance tasks, please get in touch with your sales representative.

They will discuss your requirements with you and suggest options, if required they can visit you on site to review the equipment. Semmco DWC will then prepare design modifications with quotations for your review and approval.

Semmco also offer a range of useful accessories to improve the working environment for your teams.
