Semmco offer a range of service packages to suit your business and your Semmco equipment – aviation, rail, military, helicopter or vehicle – please contact your sales representative for more details.


Semmco products and spare parts are supplied with a standard 12 month warranty, unless stated otherwise on your contract with Semmco, any work required outside of the warranty will be subject to our standard charges + vat where applicable.

If you choose to take out an service package at the time you purchase equipment from Semmco this will automatically extend the warranty of your equipment to 24 months.


For all our access platforms and GSE products we can offer an add-on installation service on site in one or more locations – we can also dispose of your old equipment if you need us too.

During installation you will be provided with a demonstration of the equipment to make sure your employees are using the equipment correctly and safely.

Certified training courses are available please contact the product support team for more details. We recommend a training course refresher every 2 years to cover new team members and keep minds focused on following health and safety guidelines.


If your equipment develops a fault or needs a spare part please get in touch with the Product Support team who will be happy to help resolve the issue or suggest alternative solutions.

All Semmco oxygen and nitrogen panels supplied in our trolleys are calibrated and certified for 3 years from date of delivery. When you purchase a trolley from Semmco, your delivery date will be registered and you will be advised in advance when you require a recalibration.

We can offer an exchange with a newly serviced, calibrated and certified panel – meaning your trolleys are not out of operation for any length of time or you if you prefer you can return the panel to Semmco HQ in Woking for maintenance, servicing and recalibration.


Following the purchase of Semmco equipment if you require added features or would like the equipment to be able to cover additional maintenance tasks, please get in touch with our Product Support Engineer.

They will discuss your requirements with you and suggest options, if required they can visit you on site to review the equipment. The Product Support Engineer will then prepare design modifications with quotations for your review and approval.

Semmco also offer a range of useful accessories to improve the working environment for your teams.
