Nitrogen SMART Trolley - 3 cylinder demountable
The Semmco Nitrogen SMART Trolley has been ergonomically designed to carry three nitrogen cylinders, mounted in a cylinder cradle, for safe quick easy loading and unloading of cylinders whilst compliant with OH&S manual handling requirements.
Incorporating an ergonomically positioned control panel with clear colour code markings for LOW pressure inflation of aircraft tyres and HIGH pressure for strut or accumulator inflation. Complete with smooth to adjust safety pressure regulators, pressure relief valve, easy to read pressure gauges, stop valves and a 3 year calibration certificate. Designated low pressure and high pressure quick release panel connections provide a safe and easy connection of the (HP or LP) 4m charging hoses.
The control panel and cylinder hoses can be quickly removed (4 retaining screws) for 3 year calibration exchange service, minimising operational down time. The robust chassis incorporates front axle bearing steering and safe wheel/brake parking with tow bar in vertical position. Designed to meet airport environment requirements for safe transportation of gas cylinders.
The Nitrogen SMART Trolley can be supplied on a transport pack standard or Euro size pallet disassembled for ease of shipping, quick and easy to assemble.
