Wheel & Brake Changer – Universal

The Semmco Universal Wheel and Brake Changer with wheel bumpers (WBC) has been developed for the safe removal and replacement of small & large aircraft wheel and brake packs units .

The Universal WBC with rubber wheel bumpers allows the aircraft wheel to rest in the vertical postion for ease of handling and installtion, suitable for wheel diameters from 39″ (990 mm) to 56″ (1420 mm) along with their associated brake packs.

The Universal WBC with wheel bumpers is extremely manoeuvrable and easy to handle in confined spaces using easy roll castors.

The unique adjustable roller positions allow ease of selection for wheel or brake units, using a pin index system, allowing the rollers to be adjusted to suit the wheel or brake pack units being removal or fitting.

Fitted with easy operational hydraulic pump for raising and lowering allows clear visibility for wheel & brake pack alignment.

The easy fit jib and manually operated winch allows brake packs to be raised from the rollers, which are then positioned in the wide setting, the brake pack is lowered into the transportation case.
