Variable Height Under Cowl Access Steps 3.5 - 5.0m UCAS XXL
The Variable Height UCAS XXL is designed to access all the service and inspection points in and around wide body A330-350 & B777-787 for pylon, engine, wing, windshield & PAX door access to inspection & service points.
The UCAS XXL designed wide-body aircraft inspection and service for ramp and airport environment requirements with a robust chassis incorporates all wheel suspension, proven slew ring steering and safe wheel brake parking with tow bar in vertical position.
The lightweight aluminium construction provides ease of manoeuvring with slip resistant, self-draining tread for stairs and platform.
The variable height towable access platform system incorporates a dog rack and lock safety system which is sprung loaded ensuring each incremental increase 50mm (2inch) in height is locked out, with an easy wind cable on a drum height raise from 3m -5m. Wide front platform with side railings, opening front gates (3 lock positions) provides a multiple use safe working platform providing safe access to engines, pylons, wings, fuelling valves, windshields & PAX doors.
Safe working heights mid platform 2m with Variable height platform of 3.0-5.0m height.
