Variable Height Engine D Duct Platform | RH

Variable height “D Duct” platform designed for easy access to wide body engines for service and inspection points in and around wide body fleet, in hangar or base conditions.

The variable height system uses a double action hydraulic pump for height adjustment (1.8 to 3.00m) which incorporates a dog rack and lock safety system that is sprung loaded ensuring each incremental increase 50mm (2inch) in height is locked out safely.

A robust lightweight aluminium constructed stair & working platform (W0.93 x L2.43m) for ease of manoeuvring with slip resistant, self-draining tread for stairs and platform which incorporates easy slide profile fingers for close fit and safe working in and around engines.

Handrails incorporate half height folding for easier manoeuvring in and around engines.

High stability chassis incorporating heavy duty wheel front axle and twin rear wheel swivel castor provides close manoeuvrability in and around engines. Rear & front stability jacks incorporating full platform and sliding fingers “soft” protective padding. Optional tow bar is available.
