Fixed Height A320 Avionics Engineers Steps 1.25m – with step 0.2m – Towable

The A320 Avionics Engineer’s Steps are designed to provide easy access to left or right avionics bays, with an additional “Hop -UP” step (200mm) for hangar or ramp access.  The aircraft access steps, complete with towbar, are a robust lightweight aluminium construction so they can be easily moved.  They are fitted with slip resistant, self-draining tread on the stairs and the platform incorporates unique sliding & folding side railings, contoured to fit close to the fuselage.

The high stability chassis incorporates heavy duty wheel front axle and twin rear wheel swivel castors so the steps can be moved close to and around aircraft.  Rear stability jacks and full platform edge & railing “soft” protective padding are also fitted for additional safety.
