The Semmco Variable Height Engine Despatch Platform provides a safe and easy working area for engineers when an engine is on a transport stand. The platform height can be adjusted using a simple winch and sliding fingers enable the platform floor to be adjusted to reach difficult to access areas. The platform floor is made from non-slip phenolic wood and the edge of the platform and railings are fitted with protective “soft” padding.

The platform is made from aluminium making it robust but lightweight and swivel castors enable it to be moved easily into position. Kick-down jacks can be deployed to stabilise the platform when in position. See our full range of aircraft stands. Read more about our variable height platforms here.
