Marc Green has been appointed as Sales Director for Semmco Group and Newbow Aerospace following the acquisition of Newbow Aerospace by HAKI Safety in early 2026. The acquisition of Newbow Aerospace and its portfolio of premium quality aviation ground support equipment, tooling and instrumentation strengthened HAKI Safety‘s offering of safety solutions for aviation workplaces, while complementing the Group’s portfolio of aircraft maintenance platforms under the Semmco brand.
Marc has more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace and aviation industry and is confident that the combined offer of the two HAKI Safety businesses can create excellent opportunities. Following his appointment, he said, “This is an exciting time for both Newbow Aerospace and Semmco as well as our global customers. The synergies between businesses make this a perfect fit. Newbow‘s products are designed so that aviation engineers can safely and efficiently maintain aircraft, just like the platforms developed by Semmco. Between us we offer a range of high-quality aircraft ground support equipment, aviation access platforms and after-sales service and support that allows our customers to use us as a single source solution, streamlining their purchasing experience.”
One of the key focuses for Marc will be the USA where Semmco has a production facility near Arlington in Texas making both bespoke and standard MRO and GSE products. Commenting on the USA market Marc said, “There’s a lot of pressure right now in both the GSE and MRO sectors in regard to how quickly maintenance and safety reparation work can be carried out and a company, like us, that understands the challenges and can both advise on and manufacture the solution is well set to meet our customer’s needs.”
Away from work Marc enjoys a range of fitness activities such as the gym and running, travelling with his family and supporting his local community with voluntary work.
