Rail Front Access Platform
Pendolino train Front Access Platform designed for inspection, maintenance and changing of wiper blades.
High stability steel chassis incorporating track wheels for easy positioning in and around the train front with easy to use “rail clamps” that safely lock the platform into position. The robust lightweight aluminum construction ensures easy manoeuvering with triple castor wheels preventing wheels getting stuck in rail gullies while the Platform is moved between rail roads in and around depots.
Access to the Platform is via an easy access step ladder. The platform provides a large safe working area with fixed handrails on left and right hand side with rear handrails incorporating “spring back” safety gate.
